A note to let you know that your team of Pete, Oscar and Brant did
a thorough job- including cleaning up afterward.

I am writing this letter to let you know what nice people you have working
for you. Brian and Oscar were at my house last week to clean my chimney.
They were so clean and neat and polite. I then was telling Brian how we get
a bad down draft in the fireplace and if was there something we could do to
help with that. They came on Monday with the cap, and again so very clean
and neat and polite. You have great guys with the both of them. They were
very friendly and work so great together. I just thought you should know.

Dear Donald,
Thank you so much for changing your schedule for getting my
chimney job done, for patiently explaining everything to me, for extras like
cutting the oak branches and even for coming to Greenlawn to settle! You
and Oscar worked so hard and did such a wonderful job! It is good to do
business with honest people. By the way, I do not think you wanted to
flatter when you said I looked better than 1994. It's the sun tan that
makes people look younger.
Following your tip, I called Consumer Affairs; they said the
company had lost their Suffolk license in 1995.

Dear Sirs,
Awhile ago my sister, my niece and I have needed to have work done
on our chimney's. We didn't know who to call. My sister who lives next
door to me looked in the Yellow Book and decided she liked the name Irish
Sweeps Chimney Ltd and so we hired you.
As it turned out it was an excellent choice. We are very
satisfied with the work that was done. Brian explained everything to each
of us and thus the work was done. May I sing the praises of Brian?
Brain is very personable and a hard worker and did very
satisfactory work that left us all pleased. Anthony, his worker, a very
polite young man and worked equally as hard.
